Arbor House Inn Bed & Breakfast on the River

Located on the banks of the South Fork of the Rio Grande, the Arbor House Inn invites its guests to choose from five beautifully decorated guest rooms.  All guest quarters are decorated in a spirit of casual, mountain elegance, each with a private bath, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, mini ‘fridge, microwave, coffee service, chocolates, hairdryers, and robes.  The Lovin’ Oven honeymoon suite also features a candelabra fireplace, whirlpool tub for two, and breakfast delivered to the guest room if desired.  A full breakfast is served daily in the dining room or, in the warmer months, al fresco on the large deck overlooking the river.  Outdoor amenities include several sitting areas along the river, a rustic log arbor with fire pit, picnic area with barbeque grill and fire pit, and a canopied hot tub overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds.  Fly fishing guests are welcome to cast a line in the private waters of the South Fork just steps from the Arbor House doors.

The newest addition to guest accommodations is the “Cottage on the Creek” vacation rental.  Featuring two bedrooms & two baths, it is designed for a couple, small family, or two couples traveling together.  Fully furnished & thoughtfully appointed, it is the perfect venue for a peaceful and relaxing Colorado mountain vacation.
