Our clinic is located in the town of South Fork, Colorado. Although South Fork initially developed as a service community for the lumber and mining industries in the area, it has now evolved into a rapidly growing tourist and recreational town. In June of 2022, Rio Grande Hospital opened the new Rio Grande Hospital Clinic at South Fork.
