Tiny Timbers Resort is home to 7 rentals, 4 Tiny Homes and 3 Cabins. Each Tiny Home sleeps up to 4 people with a queen bed in the loft and a queen bed on the bottom level in the form
of a pull-out sofa or murphy bed, with 1 pet friendly Tiny Home Rental. The Cabins sleep up to 5-6 people with washer and dryers in unit.

The Resort is the only lodging property in South Fork with direct access to Del Norte Peak Road – a forest service road allowing campers to ride ATVs and snowmobiles directly from the property. The Resort is also yards away from the Rio Grande River. Guests of Tiny Timbers Resort can fish the Upper Rio Grande – a river designated as the longest stretch of Gold Metal Waters in the entire state.
